Are these Products real or fake?

How long does shipping take?
Generally our items arrive within 7 to 10 days of purchase for any destination in India but in case on non-availability it may take upto 15 days or full amount is refunded When you buy an item, we will then contact you within 48 hours of your order to provide you with a tracking number. This is why it is so important to give accurate contact information, especially telephone numbers and email addresses. If you are not at home when the item is delivered, the courier will leave a notice and you can then go and pick up your package at the nearest location. We guarantee our shipping, which means that we promise that the item you have ordered will arrive undamaged, in a timely manner, at your doorstep. Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?
Return policy is only in case if customer does not receive the material of color or shade they ordered. In such case our customer care team will help you in returning the product to us. We do not offer any kind of refund for returned product, whereas we do provide replacement for the correct product. In order to qualify for a replacement, we ask that you just contact us immediately within 12 hours of material receipt to let us know that you would like to send an item back to us within 7 days of receipt of the return information. The item/s you would like to return must be in new and all accessories must also be returned with the item. How can I track my package?
You can easily track your package online using the tracking number which you will receive from our customer support team via email including all the information on how to track it. It will be sent to you once the product has been dispatched from our inventory.
